Restaurant Review Theory

The internet is an invaluable source for choosing a restaurant. One can readily find them by cuisine, price range, and distance by a simple click of the mouse. I have found several things lacking in my searches the biggest of which is a simple pictorial gallery. Everyone has done it, picked out a great sounding restaurant by a recommendation from a friend of by their menu only whereupon arrival the atmosphere is that of a Waffle House to include the waitress with missing teeth.  I don’t mean to pick on Waffle House. They fulfill a particular niche market post 1:00 a.m. mostly to imbibed patrons or wayward travelers of which I have been on occasion. My lament is grounded in expectations. Menus boasting Coq a Van should not be served from a van that’s where I get my tacos. Consulting the restaurant website proffers menu items, directions and the like but often fail to serve their netizens a pictorial review of the establishment.

My restaurant reviews are from an every day citizen with a nod to fine foods. I will endeavor to include in my critique the usual observations and hopefully more. Thank you for stopping by.
